What an absolute pleasure it was to stay in the farmhouse. So much of the original character is still there! All the built ins, the wallpaper! We could picture all the families who lived there over the years, raising their children, making meals, hauling wood or coal into the house for the fireplace. It is a truly special place, and we made wonderful memories to cherish for a lifetime, to add to the loving vibe that home has. Thank you.

Emily’s place was great for what we needed. We were working in the area which is about 3 hours away from home and stayed here to avoid the daily commute for the week. Had everything we needed to cook our meals and watch some tv after work. Close by to food destinations and great price. If I ever am by the area would stay again. Thanks Emily!

Hosts were incredibly helpful. They had put together a guidebook of places to go, things to do. Rental has everything you need. View was beautiful, fishing was awesome! Response time from hosts was very quick. Definitely a 5 star Airbnb and 5 stars for hosts!

I would like to thank Emily and her husband Austin for allowing our family to stay in their cozy apartment in Farmington, ME. It was a great location close our daughter that lives in Jay, ME also close to downtown Farmington. It was a great location that was peaceful and quiet during our stay. Emily and her husband are very attentive and answer quickly when you send them any concern or have a question. Thank you Emily and Kenneth hope to be back soon!

We stayed at this location and it was a perfect home base for our ski trip. It’s less than an hour to the two resorts we were visiting and relatively central between the two. These parts of Maine are relatively remote but Farmington does have a few nice restaurants and pubs. The actual place was clean, easy to access and had a well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook easily during our visit. Thanks for having us!

The house was exactly as described. It was a little a cold when we got there, but the host was very responsive we were able to get the house heated quickly. Such thoughtful things for the kids to do and they had such a good time playing with the wheeled carts. We would definitely consider this place in the future.

It was a great experience living away from the city hassle. Peaceful and quiet in the nature makes you feel you belong there. This place has been taken good care by Kenneth. I’d recommend to anyone who needs time away from the usual city rush.

It was a good place to stay for our Fall Foliage trip in Maine. The house is cozy. Full of kitchen stuff to use. The host was great to help when we had issues with the wifi. Would love to stay here again if visiting.
