Take a step back in time and enjoy home away from home with this charming farm house! This 100 year old farm house that we acquired as a second adjoining property from a third generation individual who's grandfather built the home in the late 1800's early 1900's. The house is REALLY, REALLY beautifully built and has TONS AND TONS AND TONS of character. The molding and railings were all hand carved. There is a beautiful original stained glass window. Chalkboard wall for young and old! Puzzles, cards and board games! Brand new corn hole toss game as well as an oversized connect four game! Kitchen has fold out table to enjoy morning coffee, and a unique bakers area! If you enjoy baking, we've got you covered! Brand new mixer, all the dishes and tins you'll need. Flour, sugar, cinnamon and more baking basics provided to get you started! Morning waffles anyone, with Maine Maple syrup?! YES please! New waffle maker AND you can make your own homemade ice cream with a new ice cream maker as well! I upgraded most of the plumbing so there are modern sinks, toilets, and faucets. This property is clean, safe, has running water, safe electrical, comfortable beds, a full size fridge and stove, full kitchen, Wifi, TV with Chromecast and DVD player, and tons of parking space and yard.

Character is what this place has, an abundance of character!!! Beautiful tub upstairs in the full bath, Epsom salts waiting for you! Half bath downstairs. Here's the fun stuff.... the washing machine is in a separate room with a large modern shower... but wait, the dryer is in the kitchen! we have it all.... we just don't have it together!!! Kitchen is a typical 60-70's style to it. refrigerator and stove are modern, not fancy! microwave and toaster, kuerig and coffee pot. tea kettle. ice cream maker. waffle maker. hand mixer as well as any baking needs. plenty of pots, pans and baking dishes. crock pot as well. There are normal window AC's in each of the three bedrooms plus a large one in the dining room to keep you cool in the main part of the home.

This is a very quiet neighborhood. The County Sheriff's department is directly across the street. About two miles down the road is the downtown area. There is also a Farmington delivery service that delivers local area restaurant food here.
